Advocating for the customer using a deep understanding of their systems, business priorities and strategic direction.
Managing daily operations to ensure the delivered performance and services match customer needs.
Consulting with clients on challenges with their systems to deliver operational improvements and a tailored customer experience.
Facilitating problem solving and technical resolution meetings between internal client engineers and the client.
Ensuring consistent increases in service and system performance over the life cycle of the business relationship.
Managing and coaching directly and indirectly client delivery personnel including engineers, project and account managers.
Relevant work experience (Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role).
Strategic business development experience - building and executing business cases.
Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
Solid negotiation skills with experience getting win-win solutions for clients.
Some experience or awareness of Client Service Management.
Strong leadership skills to identify a client's needs, develop and execute actions.
Customer Success best practice knowledge and experience.
Ability to work in ambiguous situations and manage effective processes.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
